They breed quickly, so early action is key. At Via Trium, we offer fast, effective commercial bed bug pest control treatments to eliminate bed bugs from your business and restore your peace of mind.

Dealing with a bed bug infestation.

How Can We Help?

  • Call Via Trium!

  • Prior to our arrival you will be asked to prepare the property for treatment. You will need to thoroughly vacuum and remove bed linen to be washed. Please note: infested furniture should not be removed, as this can increase the risk of spreading the infestation.

  • On arrival at your property we will conduct a thorough survey and then carry out a liquid pesticide treatment of all affected areas, including beds, mattresses, bedside furniture, soft furnishings, skirting, curtains, floors and door frames etc.

How You Can Help

  • Upon returning from trips away, open your suitcase outside where possible.

  • If you’re buying second hand furniture, thoroughly inspect it for bed bugs. This especially applies to mattresses, beds, sofas and other soft furnishings.

  • Act as quickly as possible once you realise that you have an infestation. The quicker you act, the less it’ll spread.

Species of Bed Bug in the UK

The most common species of bed bug in the UK is Climex Lectularius. They are part of the Cimicidae family. Male and female bedbugs are blood-suckers and will feed on blood, become engorged and fall off the host, but the female bed bug bites more frequently as they need the blood to develop their eggs.
